I can tell you all about the rich history of Smith's Floor Coverings, how it was started by my father over 50 years ago, and how we built our business on the trust and referrals of our clients. I can tell you all about our beautiful showroom, our fleet of trucks and our top-quality equipment. I can give you details about where we've been and where we plan to go. But as the business manager, I have learned two things...
First, you are only as good as your last job. That is why we don't rest on our past and all the cool things we have to make our jobs more efficient and improve the quality of our work. I only take comfort in knowing that each job we do is the only job that matters. When trust is extended to us and we are chosen for a job, I want to return that trust with excellent service, quality, efficiency and, of course, value.
Secondly, I have learned that a business with quality people who all get along and consider each other friends is the way not only to make a profit, but also the best way to work. We don't always look forward to the weekend being over, but we do enjoy working together. A staff like that is a happy team, and a happy team is a winning team you want on your side...and your floors.

Polite, Professional & Full of Great Tips
We recently had three types of flooring products installed by Smith Flooring. They did hardwood, carpet and tile floors as part of a major renovation of our 1964 vintage home in Newnan, GA. All of the crews that came to our home were polite, professional and full of great tips on how to easily and smoothly accomplish our jobs. We would highly recommend Smith's Floor Coverings for all types of flooring!
Crew Took Exceptional Care
Lanny - I want to say thank you for sending Brandon and his crew to repair and refinish Mrs. Head's floors. Brandon and his crew took exceptional care moving all Maggie's furniture from the house without having to remind them that everything in her house is very expensive. I overheard Brandon reminding his crew to be careful several times. Again, thank you. I wanted to give Brandon and his crew the recognition they deserve.

The Skill to Create Everything We Dreamed Up
Lanny, I would like to thank you and your crew for a job well done tiling the remodeled bathroom in my house. Your guys showed up to work everyday and stayed hard at it until the job was complete, which I appreciated since we had other subs to line up in order to complete the job. I'd like to commend Ryan, Joel and Chris for being so good-natured, flexible and tolerant. We had a complex idea in mind for how we wanted the tile work to be done, and they never complained or became frustrated. They had the skill to create everything we dreamed up. I just thought you would like to know that your crew is representing your company well.
